Ross Miletich brings a commitment to local solutions and an intimate knowledge of demographics and policymaking to the LEG team.
Miletich is a committed community organizer with extensive experience in government relations, public outreach, and state and local campaigns. He successfully represented over a dozen city and school district clients in the 2016 election cycle, including over $100 million in local school funding, 2/3rds measures in highly competitive regions, and revenue measures for the cities of Belmont, Moreno Valley, and Stanton.
Prior to joining the Lew Edwards Group, Miletich worked in the private sector as an advocate for the telecommunications industry, specializing in project development, stakeholder organizing, and the land-use entitlement process.
A graduate of UC Santa Barbara and member of the Campus Democrats, Miletich worked on successful re-election campaigns for Congresswoman Lois Capps, State Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson, and State Assemblymember Das Williams. Miletich also assisted in developing and entitling new student housing while board President of the Santa Barbara Student Housing Cooperative.
A native of Southern California, Miletich resides in Oakland and volunteers with high school speech and debate students, teaching and encouraging young people to become more active in the political process.
