Colleen Crowley is a seasoned consultant offering extensive experience with successful communications, strategy, and ballot measure approaches for organized labor, elected officials, nonprofits, and Lew Edwards Group clients.

Colleen has managed winning ballot measure and education campaigns for LEG clients that include the cities of El Cerrito, Emeryville, and Seal Beach; Mt. San Jacinto and West Valley Mission community college districts;  Emery, Central and Temple City Unified school districts; and the election of the late Alameda County Supervisor Richard Valle among several other clients and projects. She has also served as a communications specialist to SEIU 1021, a Legislative Aide to a San Francisco county supervisor, Senior Advisor to Gavin Newsom, and campaign staff to Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren.

A long-time East Bay resident, Colleen also has years of experience advising major private sector organizations and clients as a public affairs professional, and enjoys watching women’s college basketball and hiking in her free time.
